Russian Media: America is Close to Reveal the Secret behind the Spread of Coronavirus

Despite the outbreak of the “Coronavirus, in the Chinese city of “Wuhan” on December 27, 2019, the truth about the spread of that pandemic that has affected the world for nearly two years is still ambiguous. Yet, it seems that the US intelligence has new news.

Two Russian newspapers published two important reports on the role of US intelligence in discovering the secret behind the spread of the “Covid 19” virus, indicating that information about 22,000 viruses are being analyzed in the “Wuhan” laboratory.

The Russian newspapers, "Gazeta.ru" and "Lenta.ru", referred to the role of US parliamentarians in urging their country to reveal the causes of the spread of Corona and their constant demands to reveal the truth about China's involvement in spreading the virus.

The two newspapers also raised the question about the impact of revealing the real causes on the extent of the spread or cessation of this epidemic?

Writer Ivan Zhukovsky said in his article in "Gazeta.ru" that US intelligence is studying genetic data on viruses from a laboratory in the Chinese city of Wuhan.

According to US media reports, the intelligence services may be able to access this data by hacking computers in China.

 

Twenty-Two Thousand Viruses

According to Zhukovsky, "Washington now has data on 22,000 viruses from this laboratory," noting that "the preliminary results confirm that they have obtained a very large data set."

According to the American "CNN" network, "Washington's intelligence services are analyzing the genetic information of 22,000 viruses that were studied in the laboratory (Wuhan Institute of Virology)."

The Russian journalist confirmed that although "journalists do not provide accurate information about how the intelligence obtained this data, it is believed that the information can be obtained by hacking the computers associated with the research of the Wuhan laboratory."

The author stated, "The vast collection of virus genetic data, and related notes, which were drafted in Chinese, requires deep analysis."

The CNN report stated that Washington could not provide any concrete conclusions yet.

Zhukovsky asserted that "the data obtained by intelligence in the supercomputers of the departments of the laboratories of the US Department of Energy is now being investigated."

The CNN note quoted that "the work is hampered by finding and verifying translators for the Chinese language, in particular, given the confidentiality of the subject," while "it is not yet clear when exactly this work will be completed."

At the end of the spring, US President Joe Biden said that his country's intelligence "did not have enough data to judge the origin of the coronavirus."

Biden then instructed the intelligence community to redouble efforts to analyze all available data and prepare a new report within 90 days.

Is it a Man Made Virus?

On May 24, 2021, the American newspaper “The Wall Street Journal” published excerpts from an American intelligence report on the possibility of the emergence of the Coronavirus two months before the start of the global epidemic.

The newspaper claimed that "three employees of the institute's laboratory in Wuhan have requested that medical aid be prepared in the event of severe symptoms of an infectious disease."

It also indicated that "the US intelligence document contained details of patients' visits to hospitals."

At the time, The Wall Street Journal believed that the US intelligence report might lead to a broader investigation into the Corona virus and that it was "man-made".

The Chinese side seemed at the time opposing this view, as Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said: "What the (Wall Street Journal) published is not true."

He stressed that, according to a statement issued by the "Wuhan Institute of Virology", "until March 23, 2021, no employee of the institute has been infected with the Coronavirus."

The Russian writer commented: "If Washington is confident in its statements, let them prove it."

Zhukovsky called on the Americans to publish the names of these scientists, and the disease they contracted, and asked: If three scientists tested positive for the Coronavirus in the laboratory, where is the report?

The World Health Organization had stated in May 2021, that "the view that the true origin of the Corona virus from bats is still permissible."

The White House's chief medical advisor, Anthony Fauci, admitted that "the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) has allocated $600,000 to the Wuhan laboratory in China to study bat coronaviruses."

But Fauci, categorically denied this later, stressing that "these funds were used to improve the functional properties of viruses, for example, to increase the ability to transmit from one person to another."

The Russian writer explained that the White House's chief medical advisor "has admitted that there are no guarantees that Chinese scientists did not use this money to test the Coronavirus."

The former head of the US State Department's investigative committee David Asher, who was investigating the origin of Corona under former President Donald Trump, said that it was "foolish to believe" that the Corona virus could be transmitted naturally from animals to humans.

Asher said at the time that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was a synthetic biological science center in China, and that they had "started some very difficult things about so-called job-raising methods".

 

Corona leak

On August 2, 2021, members of the House of Representatives from the US Republican Party presented evidence that the Corona virus had leaked from a Wuhan laboratory.

Representative Michael McCaul published the prominent Republican text of the Foreign Affairs Committee.

According to the Russian newspaper "Lenta.ru", the "McCaul Document" has become the third part of the investigation into the origin of the Coronavirus.

It emphasized that "the intelligence report was compiled on the basis of data collected from open sources and factual evidence."

According to what American politicians believe, the Corona virus has spread around the world as a result of a leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

In this regard, the Republicans called on the authorities of their country to hold China accountable.

McCall called on the US Congress to impose sanctions on scientists from the Wuhan laboratory, as well as on representatives of the Chinese Communist Party.

The leak of the Corona virus resulted in mixed reactions, as some health officials believe that such an investigation is an important step in the fight against the pandemic. While other experts believe that it is too early to draw unambiguous conclusions about the origin of the coronavirus.
