After its refusal to apologize for insulting the Prophet, calls to deter India by boycotting its products

In an attempt by India's ruling far-right Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to overcome the crisis caused by its spokespersons Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal about insulting the Prophet Muhammad, PBUH, the membership of both of them was suspended; but the authority refused to offer an official apology, on the grounds that their statements did not reflect the government's viewpoint.
Not only this, but the Indian Foreign Ministry criticized the condemnations of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, saying that "India categorically rejects the unjustified comments issued by the Organization of the Islamic Conference," claiming that the country protects and respects all religions.
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation has condemned the abuses issued by Indian officials towards the Prophet Muhammad, stressing that there are systematic practices against Muslims.
The Indian response prompted activists to launch a campaign to boycott Indian products and pressure the ruling regimes to take deterrent positions against India and its Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
They stressed that the real response to the hate speech from the ruling party in India, its abuse of the Prophet, and the authority's intransigence and arrogance for apologizing, is to "boycott their products" and that this should be a cultural approach among Arab peoples because it is the strongest means of pressure.
Boycott and Awareness
In this context, the global body in support of the Prophet of Islam revealed that it is facing cyber-attacks to close its platforms because of the great interaction with the call to boycott Indian products.
The authority’s call received a wide response, as activists continued their tweets for the third day in a row, in support of the Prophet, and declared their adherence to the boycott as a disciplinary measure for India.
The scholar Muhammad al-Hasan al-Dido, the head of the Ulema Training Center (Centre de Formation des Oulémas), urged to teach students and children the love of the Prophet, and to tell them how honest loyal, courageous and generous he was.
A member of the Saudi Federation for Sports Media, Gormilha al-Zahrani, called every famous person to profit from his fame and introduce the biography of the Prophet Muhammad, PBUH.
Saudi human rights activist Dr. Hussah al-Madi confirmed that if the matter affected Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, he would have established the world, withdrawn the ambassador, and insulted India to demonize India and its people.
Promoting Islamophobia
Activists emphasized that the weakness of Arab and Islamic attitudes towards Indian transgressions and insults to the Prophet, PBUH, reinforces Islamophobia and encourages persistence in transgression, intransigence, and arrogance over apologizing.
Kuwaiti political science professor, Dr. Abdullah al-Shayji, regrets that the Arab and Islamic position, countries and organizations, did not rise to the provocation and aggression of the ruling Hindu BJP party led by the racist Modi.
He pointed out that Kuwait and Qatar summoned the ambassadors of India after insulting the Prophet, PBUH, and demanded a public apology, while the rest of the countries either condemned and denounced or remained silent, stressing that these fragile situations encourage Islamophobia.
Activists denounced the intransigence of India's Foreign Ministry, describing it as "unjustified" official and popular anger at the representative of the Indian ruling party, and rejected the statement of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, describing it as "narrow-minded", reminding the ruling regimes of the tools they have to deter India.
India's Insolence
Member of the Board of Trustees of the Union of Muslim Scholars, Mohamed al-Sagheer, indicated that the Government of India refused even to apologize to rejecting the statements of condemnation that were issued, and they considered them unjustified.
He asked: "Will the countries that initiated the condemnation accept this arrogance, and will the next step be the expulsion of the Indian ambassador and impose more deterrent measures for India?"
Sports journalist Khaireddine Rouba stated that millions of non-Muslim Indians work in Arab and Islamic countries and their government in India is putting their fate in danger if Arabs and Muslims decide to expel these Indian workers, the Indian government will find itself in an unprecedented predicament.
The Secretary-General of the Association of Sunni Scholars, Jamal Abdul Sattar, warned: "If Muslims in the world cannot pose a real threat to the cow-worshippers in India to serve as a lesson to all humans, then let them wait for the torment of the Hereafter."
