For the seventh time since 2015, the head of the Egyptian regime, “Abdel Fattah El-Sisi”, meets with the President of the World Jewish Congress, “Ron Lauder”, the two met on April 21, 2021, they discussed “combating extremist ideology and peace projects”.
Never before has an Egyptian president celebrated this "civil" organization in such a way or discussed with them the issues of the Middle East and the African continent, according to the presidential spokesman, as “El-Sisi” did.
What adds to the mystery is that at every meeting with the president of the Jewish Congress, the Director of General Intelligence is present.
Which raises a question about the relationship of Egyptian intelligence with foreign Jewish organizations?!
“Lauder” meets El-Sisi at least once a year, except for the year 2016, when Sisi met with a delegation of Jewish organizations, while he has not met with Israeli Prime Minister “Benjamin Netanyahu” in 3 years.
Jewish Congress
According to the official website of the World Jewish Congress (WJC), it is "a Jewish civil organization with global goals", founded in 1936, it is considered "the diplomatic arm of the Jewish people".
They say it is "an international organization that represents Jewish communities and organizations in 100 countries around the world", and "defends on their behalf before governments, parliaments, international organizations and representatives of other religions".
That is why the conference has penetrated international institutions since the 1930s, such as the United Nations Economic and Social Council, UNESCO, the International Labor Organization, the Organization of American States, the European Council, and others.
It is headquartered in New York City, and it has offices in many countries of the world, supporting Israel is considered one of the most prominent activities of the World Jewish Congress.
It has branches and active centers in several Arab and Islamic countries, including Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco, Azerbaijan and Bosnia, in addition to the UAE and Bahrain after the recent normalization agreements, which confirms its role in normalization.
The purpose of its establishment, as defined in its constitution, was to "ensure the survival of the Jewish people and strengthen its unity", and since 2007 it has been headed by American businessman “Ronald Lauder”.
“Lauder” previously held a number of official jobs in the US government, from 1983 to 1986 he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Europe and NATO.
In 1986, US President Reagan appointed him the US ambassador to Austria, “Lauder” is known for his generous donations to Jews around the world.
The organization was originally created to counter the rise of Nazi ideology in Europe in the 1930s, but after the end of World War II, she worked to collect compensation for what was called the "Jewish Holocaust".
Later, the conference led a campaign to displace more than 800,000 Arab Jews to Palestine, it included the pressure on the United States to accelerate this file for fear of "the extermination of the Jews at the hands of the Muslims", as they claim.
Then its role has now shifted to play political roles in support of the Zionist state, leading the Arab-Zionist normalization and ensuring the subjugation of the Arab leaders to Tel Aviv, in exchange for their protection at the American High Door.
An intimate Relationship

And because "the road to Washington passes through Tel Aviv," as political experts say in Egypt, since his rise to the presidency, Sisi has relied on strengthening ties with Israel, and expanding to continuous meetings with officials of the world Zionist movement.
Encounters
The first meeting between “El-Sisi”, “Lauder”, and his deputy, “Moshe Ronen”, was on January 19, 2015, it was said that he was to pay tribute to the ideas contained in “El-Sisi's” speech at the time, "urging tolerance and acceptance of others, and the fight against extremist ideas".
In this meeting, “El-Sisi” told them: “I am the first to warn of the danger of a misunderstanding of the true religion of Islam, its values and constants, it warned against the phenomenon of foreign fighters to the extent that it threatens Europe”.
“El-Sisi” met with members of the Jewish Congress for the second time on March 25, 2017, in the presence of “Khaled Fawzi”, former head of General Intelligence, then he met them for the third time after 7 months on October 17, 2017.
The fourth meeting between “El-Sisi” and “Lauder”, in the presence of “Abbas Kamel”, head of General Intelligence, was July 29, 2018, as for the fifth meeting, it took place on June 11, 2019, the sixth was on September 17, 2020, and the seventh was on April 21, 2021.
What Egypt officially announces about these meetings does not deviate from the discussion of 3 issues, namely: Peace in the Middle East, combating terrorism and Islamic extremism, discussing a number of regional issues (without specifying them).
This ambiguity and the reported frequency of meetings that take place regularly annually raises doubts, observers likely speculate that the role of the President of the Jewish Congress is to convey messages, assignments, or advice to Sisi and other Arab leaders.
Data from repeated meetings, published in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 indicate that the issue of peace in the Middle East was the most prominent of the files that “El-Sisi” and “Lauder” discussed.
In addition to developing Egyptian-American relations, Egypt's role in confronting terrorism and extremism, and its efforts to pressure Hamas.
Perhaps the participation of "Major General Abbas Kamel", head of the Egyptian intelligence service, in these meetings is related to his role in the understandings with Gaza to calm down with Israel.
“Lauder's” visit to the region in 2020 coincided with the wave of Arab normalization of four countries with the occupation, in which “El-Sisi” was the first to welcome it, so it is believed that he played a role in it.
Other Speculation
There is other speculation that the matter is related to business because “Ronald Lauder”, president of the World Jewish Council.
A well-known businessman and owner of the "Estée Lauder" cosmetics company, “Estée Lauder” is famous in the Arab world.
During the meeting of "El-Sisi" July 29, 2018, the President of the World Jewish Congress praised "the economic success achieved by Egypt in a short period", he affirmed that "the development that they are witnessing will help attract foreign investments and restore Egypt's economy".
Some suggest that the goal is Jewish protection for the Sisi regime, which the Jewish Congress is participating in providing, especially since some of the meetings took place after the escalation of protests, popular anger and American pressure on Egypt.
“Lauder’s” call to “El-Sisi”, in their first meeting in 2015, was remarkable for “the need to fight terrorism not only in words, but also with deeds”, according to the World Jewish Congress on January 12, 2015.
Ideas such as seeking to spread the Pharaonic culture as an alternative to nationalism and Islam, talking about teaching Pharaonic hieroglyphs in schools, and teaching Judaism within the "shared values" curriculum may be part of these actions that Lauder requested and implemented by “El-Sisi”.
During this meeting, Sisi also called for "mobilizing international efforts against terrorism not only at the army and police level, but also economically, socially and culturally", according to the Jewish newspaper.
Within this Egyptian-Zionist cooperation comes coordination to confront "terrorism" and "Islamic extremism" and Egypt's permission for the Israeli army to carry out operations in Sinai across the borders.
Likewise, Tel Aviv allowed Egyptian forces to enter demilitarized areas in the Sinai, in numbers exceeding those permitted in the 1979 peace treaty, according to the American "Atlantic Council" website, April 20, 2021.

The Egyptian academic “Dr. Mamdouh Al-Munir” attributes “El-Sisi's” meetings with the Jewish Congress to the fact that "the World Jewish Congress is like the Zionist lobby that controls many directions of American and European politics, through its media and economic arms and its various networks of relations".
The director of the International Institute for Political and Strategic Sciences in Istanbul told “Arabi 21” September 19, 2020: “El-Sisi realizes that what is keeping him in power so far is not his overwhelming popularity, but the American-Zionist satisfaction with him, and the key to that goes back to the satisfaction of the International Jewish Congress”.

Israel's Ambassador
Zionist billionaire “Ronald Lauder's” shuttle meetings are not limited to “El-Sisi”, but he also relays many messages to Arab leaders and presidents, so he plays the role of "Israel's international ambassador" to the world.
His name has been associated over recent years with various files in the region whose main motive is the achievement of Israel's interests. As an example of his role, on October 10, 2020, his helicopter landed at the district headquarters in Ramallah, coming from Jordan, then left it shortly after at the invitation of President Mahmoud Abbas.
About a month after the visit, the Palestinian Authority announced the resumption of security coordination with the occupying power, after it had suspended it in protest against the Israeli project to annex lands in the West Bank.
This prompted some to expect that "Lauder" had contributed, in addition to other factors and parties, in pushing the Authority to relinquish the tree and return to security coordination against the resistance.
This was not the first meeting between “Lauder” and “Abbas”, nor the first time that an envoy appeared to convey American and Israeli messages to the authority, as he met him several times, like “El-Sisi”.
The Jewish Congress also played a role in the Arab-Israeli normalization agreements in 2020, and he was one of the first to celebrate and bless it, after he played over the years a wide role in pushing for overt Arab-Israeli relations, through his centers and branches.
In addition to his role as ambassador to Israel, the "Jewish Congress President" also acted as a mediator between the American and Israeli governments and Arab officials, under the pretext of "interfaith dialogue".
The most famous example of this is his meeting with the former King of Saudi Arabia, “Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz” in 2008, his frequent visits to Bahrain and the meeting with her crown prince.
As part of its support for Israel, the Jewish Congress focuses on tracking the work of the BDS movement, and it fights its activities around the world and in America, in 2016, he organized, in partnership with the Israeli mission to the United Nations, a summit to counter the boycott movement.
This "Congress" also leads the brigade to compensate the Jews for the property they left behind before immigrating to settle in Palestine, in the 1990s, he participated in founding the "World Jewish Reparations Organization" (WJRO), and the formation of 17 European countries special compensation committees, including a fund worth 5 billion euros from Germany, and a billion dollars from Swiss banks.
In 2002, the conference participated in establishing the "Justice Organization for Jews from Arab Countries" (JJAC), which is demanding Egypt, Iran, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Algeria and Lebanon, for $ 250 billion in compensation to the Jews for their properties.
