The EU appoints Marion Lalisse to tackle Islamophobia as new co-ordinator on combating anti-Muslim hatred, a post that has been vacant for more than a year and a half.

The verdict, a copy of which was obtained by Al-Estiklal, imposed a series of measures that ease the security grip on the Liga Kultur Foundation, which represents a large segment of Muslims, after years of persecution and repression.
