Sputnik: Biden raises Armenian issue without not going to change anything in Turkey's relations.

Russia's Sputnik news agency reported on U.S. President “Joe Biden's” criticism of his Turkish counterpart “Recep Tayyip Erdogan”, with regard to some things, like his relationship with Russia and its defense program.
The Persian version of the agency touched on the talk of "Armenian genocides”, and officially recognized by a number of states, in an article, she spoke of the U.S. views on Turkey's decisions and actions.
Armenian Cause
“Sputnik” quoted the “Maringi Center” in Moscow as saying: “the issue is not in the official recognition of the Armenian genocide by America, from now the Turks will not focus closely on the U.S. leader's remarks on April 24.

“Joe Biden” officially acknowledged the killing of Armenians in the Ottoman Empire in 1915 as genocide, and Ankara has undoubtedly expressed its displeasure, everyone is now wondering how Erdogan responded.
The agency stated that the official recognition of the Armenian genocide has long been a reality, prior to that the United States Congress voted on appropriate resolutions, many European countries officially recognized the 1915 incidents as genocide.
But what should be said? Russia is one of Turkey's main partners in the region, this was officially established in 1995, however, this does not affect the strategic participation of the two countries.
Remarkably, before “Biden” announced his decision, “Biden” spoke to “Erdogan” in a phone call, as if he wanted to send a message that he was not satisfied with the Turkish actions, the issue of genocide was never mentioned during the press release of the Presidency of the Turkish Republic following this conversation, in any case Turkish officials were prepared for such a flood of incidents.
Ankara's reaction almost did not differ with its predecessor on previous similar resolutions, the Turkish Foreign Ministry stated that “Biden's” performance does not match the spirit of participation, which is wrong, this standard formula has been repeated many times.
“The fact is that official recognition of genocide was not the first problem in relations between Turkey and America”, the agency continued.
Multiple Crises
There are other more practical reasons, for example, the Syrian issue, the Kurdish problem, and the military and technical alliance between Turkey and Russia, because of differences of opinion regarding these matters, Washington began putting Ankara under pressure under former President “Donald Trump”.
Where the United States removed Turkey from the “F-35” war plan, because of its purchase of the Russian “S-400” system, additional taxes have been put in place for Turkish imports, it has also placed some Turkish politicians and companies under sanctions.
The Americans also supported Syria's Kurds, and they ignored the theme of “Fethullah Gülen”, accused in Turkey of carrying out a 2016 coup attempt in Turkey, in this case Washington's pressure on Turkey has no effect in general”, the agency said.
Taking Turkey out of the “F-35” project, as a refrain from selling Patriot anti-aircraft systems to them, and refrain from Ankara's involvement in U.S. technology, for the development of the Turkish defense industry, which is not a critical aspect for them.
Turkish drones have shown their impact in the wars of Qara Bagh and Libya, other countries such as Ukraine are interested in them, Turkey's most accurate weapons are successfully used against the Kurds, the Turks want to sell it abroad.
In addition, Turkey is about to become a low-value ally for the United States, Ankara is on the threshold of an effective alliance with Russia, and don't rush back to Washington, to help in Syria.
“Biden's” current statements are not some kinds of important turning point in the history of U.S.-Turkey relations, the United States has made it clear before that formal recognition of genocide will not affect the military alliance with Turkey, she hoped to strengthen relations with its NATO allies.
No Change
Potentially, this statement will not affect relations between Russia and Turkey much, in recent years, their relations have turned into a complex structure, changing anything in it is not easy.
On the one hand, there are many big problems and differences between the two countries, on the other hand, “Erdogan” and his Russian counterpart “Vladimir Putin” understand each other well, they made significant investments personally to create cooperation between them.
During these circumstances, any long signal from Washington will not force Ankara to change its path, there is no escape to Moscow's lap to warn the Americans, the agency reported, in its view, the official recognition of genocide by Washington, it will provide more opportunity to influence Russia's relationship with Armenia.
From the Armenian point of view, the issue of genocide is sacred, “Biden” explained to The Armenians that the United States is ready to defend their origin, in conjunction with the current election campaign in Armenia, this could help consolidate Washington's presence there, although bearing in mind that Yerevan is linked to Moscow, both economically and security, this is not simple.
Some considered “Erdogan's” response to official recognition of genocide to be very weak, being very busy at the moment, where he controls the largest political parties, it maintains unity, according to the agency.
She said: “Erdogan doesn't pick his words carefully during international conferences, where he was ordering U.S. trade giants such as Google, Twitter and Apple how to trade in his country, and he was giving them reports, and yet the attractiveness of the market is growing, 80 million potential customers could give Turkey this possibility”.
The agency concluded its article by saying: “Turkey's leader is used to U.S. criticism, even sharp criticism in front of the commoners, official recognition of the genocide in Armenia, it will not push Ankara to secede significantly from its partners”.
